  1. How does tech support work?
  2. The CybrHost engineering staff will be joining Green Dedicated Host engineers in handling all support calls. All engineering staff is US based and never outsourced. UPDATE 9/1/2010: Customers should now contact CybrHost directly for all support requests:

  3. What about Billing?
  4. All Green Dedicated Hosting billing will now be performed by CybrHost. All monthly, quarterly, or annual fees will be charged as usual, but your statements will show CybrHost as the billing party. Billing questions should be addressed to CybrHost, by emailing billing@cybrhost.net

  5. Who should I contact for any issues?
  6. We encourage you to contact us at any time, using any of these methods:

    To contact us by phone, please use the main numbers and select the appropriate option from the automated menu.

  7. Will my control panel still operate?
  8. Your control panel will operate as it always has, with one exception. Your hosting bills will be charged automatically through CybrHost, rather than manually through your control panel.

  9. How will billing procedures change?
  10. We will no longer handle payments made through your control panel. We use an automated billing system, which will handle all recurring charges automatically. Hosting fees are charged to your credit card as they come due. When an automated bill goes out, you will receive an emailed receipt with the title "CybrHost Transaction Receipt" which will provide all the details. To change the card that is currently on file please visit the following web address to securely update your billing information: http://www.cybrhost.com/cardupdate If you need additional help, please contact Billing as shown above.

  11. What if I pay by check?
  12. Please make your check payable to CybrHost Corporation and mail it to:

  13. How will domain name renewals be handled?
  14. You will receive an email reminder when renewal for your domain name is due. The e-mail will contain a link allowing you to renew your domain name for up to 10 years. If you would like to have your domain registration renew automatiicaly, you may do so by contacting support@cybrhost.com.

  15. How do I access the CybrHost Helpdesk?
  16. To access the CybrHost Helpdesk you would go to the site http://support.cybrhost.com. There you will have the options to view our extensive Knowledge base , Register a Support Account, create new tickets , and view old tickets. Before you can create your support ticket you must register for a Support Account,

    1. At support.cybrhost.com click Register.
    2. Enter your Full name, Email Address, Password, and Captcha answer.
    3. Click Register.
    4. You will receive an E-mail with instructions on how to activate your account.

    Once your account is registered and activated you can start to create tickets,

    1. At support.cybrhost.com there is a box on the right hand side that says login, below that enter your Support Account credentials , and click login.
    2. Once logged in Click Submit a Ticket, you will be asked to choose a department (pick the one that closest describes your issue) , Click Next.
    3. On this page you get to set your ticket priority, Domain Name, and state your actual issue, when finished click submit.
